I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms had great views of Tsim Sha Tsui, and having a kettle was convenient, although I wish they provided tea or coffee. The arrangement of three single beds suited our needs perfectly, offering an open view in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with a fantastic view of Tsim Sha Tsui. The service provided was exceptional, almost like what you would expect in a 5-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Hong Kong, offering easy access to everything in Kowloon. While the dining options were not included, the overall value for money was great.
The hotel is perfectly located in Tsim Sha Tsui with a great view, but lacks coffee and tea amenities in the rooms. The three single beds in the lower floor room suited our needs perfectly. The service was not very responsive to some requests, although generally good, resembling 5-star hotel quality. The location is superb for exploring Kowloon and accessing the MTR station. The dining experience did not include meals but offered assorted fruits. The facilities were satisfactory with standard amenities.
